Shipping policy

All orders made through this site will be shipped tracked through USPS from New Jersey, USA!

Untracked shipping is available at lower cost for FLAT items only by filling out this form.

We are not liable for packages after they are dropped off at USPS, as we do not have control over shipping times or delivery process once the package is out of our hands. Thank you for understanding.

Processing Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your country. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. especially around the holidays.

For international orders, packages will be fully tracked within the USA, but may not be once it leaves. There may be less frequent updates once it reaches your country. Packages may be delayed depending on your local customs clearance and postal delays in your country. Contact your local shipping service if you believe your item is being held.

Please allow around 1-2 weeks for US orders, and at least 1-3 months for international orders.

Customs

Customers will be responsible for ALL custom taxes, duties or import fees that may apply upon arrival. We will not be able to refund shipping costs if the package is denied during customs due to taxes, duties or fees and returned to us.

Wrong Address/Return To Sender

Shipping labels are made based on information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for missing/undelivered mail due to incorrect addresses.

If the package is returned to us, we can offer the following options:

  1. Resend the package. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
  2. Refund the order amount minus the shipping cost and restocking fee (10% of the order amount)

Package Marked As "Delivered" But Did Not Receive It

Sometimes tracked packages are marked as "Delivered" by mistake. Please wait a few more days to see if it arrives. If you have still not received your order, check with your neighbors and/or contact your local postal office, as they would be able to provide quicker service. You may also file a claim with USPS if you think the package was misdelivered or stolen.

Lost or Stuck

Contact us if your tracked package seemed lost or stuck:
  • International orders: Tracking has not updated for over 3 months
  • USA orders: Tracking has not updated for over 1 month
